About the Role
Our team is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as a Partnership and Collaboration Coordinator. This role is instrumental in building and nurturing strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances with external organizations, influencers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for fostering meaningful relationships.
- • Responsibilities:
1.) Develop and implement strategies to identify and establish partnerships with external organizations and influencers aligned with our goals.
2.) Collaborate with internal teams to understand partnership needs and objectives.
3.) Conduct market research to identify potential collaborators and assess industry trends.
4.) Initiate and manage communication with potential partners, negotiating terms and agreements.
5.) Coordinate events, meetings, and collaborations to enhance partnership initiatives.
6.) Act as a liaison to external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
7.) Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
8.) Keep ahead of industry developments and identify new opportunities for collaboration.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing is preferred
Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
