Cancellation Policy

Booking Design Service Consultation Policy: 1. Scheduling a Consultation: To initiate the consultation process, clients are required to fill out our online booking form, providing their contact information and preferred consultation date and time. 2. Confirmation and Details: Once the consultation request is received, our team will promptly confirm the appointment and provide clients with further details, including the designated platform for the consultation (e.g., Zoom, in-person, etc.). 3. Consultation Fee: A consultation fee may apply, and this fee will be deducted from the total cost of the design project upon booking our services. 4. Rescheduling or Cancellation: Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to reschedule or cancel their consultation. This ensures the efficient management of our schedule. 5. Fee Policy: The consultation fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation without sufficient notice. However, it will be credited towards the total cost of the design project if the client proceeds with our services. 6.
